Responsibilities for a Key Accounts - Customer Service Advisor (but not limited to)
1. As a Customer Service Advisor - Key Accounts, your primary responsibility is to meet the specific needs of a designated group of customers while closely collaborating with the Key Account Manager.
2. Your tasks include ensuring customers are well-informed about supply statuses, promptly sending customer orders for warehouse picking, and ensuring the logistics team is fully briefed on customer requirements.
