Key Responsibilities: Absence Management: Deep expertise in configuring and maintaining all aspects of the Workday Absence Management module, including: Designing and implementing absence plans, accrual rules, and absence types Configuring complex absence scenarios and business rules Providing in-depth support and troubleshooting for absence-related issues Successfully designed and implemented new absence plans for various countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations Integration Development & Support: Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex integrations, including PECI and PICOF, between Workday and other enterprise systems like Payroll, SSO and ERP SAP Maintain and troubleshoot existing integrations, resolving issues and ensuring data accuracy and integrity Manage and execute yearly data uploads via EIB, ensuring data accuracy and integrity Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and system stability Workday Configuration & Maintenance: Configure and maintain core Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Recruitment, and Talent Management Perform system administration tasks, including security role management, mass data uploads, and release management Maintain and enhance existing Workday configurations to align with evolving business requirements Qualifications & Experience: 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM, with a strong emphasis on the Absence Management module. Proven expertise in Workday Studio, including integration development and maintenance.
