Client Support Administrator - 12 month FTC (Part Time)
We are looking for an Administrator to join our successful and award-winning firm of Chartered Financial Planners and to support the Financial Planners in their role.
This is a part-time 12-month maternity cover position (20 hours per week).

The base
You'll be based at our Schroders Campus near Horsham in West Sussex. It has high standards and international reputation, without being in the city: a big, countryside campus means life will feel a little different.
What you'll do
As a key member of our client facing teams, your primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to our financial planning advisers in all aspects of their advice process. This will frequently also mean that you will be the clients’ point of contact for administrative matters.
1. Prepare meeting packs and documentation/reports for client meetings and annual client reviews.
2. Carry out day to day administrative functions, complete and submit applications, keeping data up to date on Enable (internal CRM system).
3. Ensure contact with clients/providers is maintained throughout any processing.
4. Completing electronic AML checks.
5. Prepare and send letters of authority and obtain information on client policies from ceding schemes and providers to support research.
6. Assist with the collation of client data and documents in the construction of suitable recommendation reports.
7. New business submission and asset transfers – manage the case documentation process.
8. Preparing and issuing documents to be signed electronically via Adobe sign.
9. Deal with telephone and email enquiries from clients and providers.
10. Dealing with post, scanning, photocopying, filing and emails.
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
1. Motivated and comfortable working in teams.
2. Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment.
3. Minimum of 12 months administration experience within Financial Services.
4. Experience with Client Management Systems.
5. Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and high standards of literacy are essential.
The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help
R01, FA1, FA2 Qualified, or looking to qualify, is an advantage.
