Gisborough Hall are looking for an experienced, punctual and hardworking individual to help support and lead our Catering Team on a 32-hour basis.
Shifts will include weekdays, weekends and bank holidays (on a rota basis). Flexibility in this role is essential.
This role will consist of working a variety of different shift patterns to assist with delivering a high-quality guest experience. Shift patterns will include earlies and lates.

Reporting into the Restaurant Manager, the role will:
Provide a high-quality service to guests throughout their dining experience and beyond.
Have a positive can-do attitude.
Be organised and well prepared to ensure the smooth running of service. Coaching and mentoring junior members of the team to reach their full potential.
Be a team player, willing to help other areas of service where required.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the front and back of house areas.
To serve guests in a friendly, courteous manner, delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
Add value to the overall hotel performance.
The individual must:
Have experience of working in a fast-paced environment;
Have a positive can-do attitude, acting as a mentor and support to junior members of the Catering Team;
Be flexible around the needs of the business;
Desirable:
Experience of working in a hospitality setting, dealing with guests/customers.
Access to your own transport would be highly beneficial.
