Responsibilities include:
Welcoming employees, customers, and guests with a friendly and professional demeanour at our reception area.
Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, and handling general administration duties for our senior leadership team.
Efficiently handling and distributing incoming communication, as well as organising outgoing mail and parcels.
Providing support with HR functions such as organising interviews, managing employee records, and assisting with on-boarding processes.
Booking travel arrangements for employees and visiting management, including flights, accommodation, and transfers.
