Are you an experienced conveyancing professional looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and client-focused environment? Were partnering with a well-established law firm in St Albans that is seeking a skilled individual with conveyancing experience to join their Residential Property team.
The Role
This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from start to finish. Youll work closely with clients, ensuring transactions are handled efficiently and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
* Providing expert advice to clients on all aspects of buying and selling property
* Ensuring smooth progress of transactions through proactive communication with clients, agents, and lenders
* Supporting senior team members and contributing to business development initiatives
* Attending networking events and building strong client relationships
What Were Looking For
* Experience in residential conveyancing with a strong understanding of property law
* Strong client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
* Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
* Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset towards business development
* IT proficient with experience using case management systems
Whats on Offer
* Salary: £35,000 - £40,000, with potential for more depending on experience
* Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire
* Working Pattern: Monday Friday, 9am 5:15pm
* Hybrid working: 3 days in office, 2 days from home (after probation)
