* Operate the Company Switchboard in a polite, effective, and efficient manner.
* Take and relay messages and respond to queries from employees, visitors, contractors, and job applicants.
* Book Conference Rooms for Meetings and Customer Visits.
* Control visitor entry at gate.
* Always supervise reception area.
* Prepare and arrange collection/posting of all outgoing mail.
* Provide administration support to the HR Department and Business Partner.
Criteria:
* GCSE Math’s and English or equivalent.
* 2 years’ previous administration experience.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
