Job Responsibilities:
* Assisting the reservations team with invoicing and handling client account queries
* Managing credit control, including chasing payments via phone and email
* Setting up client payments through Pay By Link or Bank Transfer and ensuring timely follow-ups
* Handling BSP reconciliations and working within the reservation system
* Supporting supplier payments and general accounts administration
* Covering for the Finance Manager in their absence, ensuring smooth financial operations
* Maintaining accurate records and liaising with clients in a professional manner
Skills Required:
* 2+ years direct BSP experience or operational complex ticketing
* Good knowledge of BSP accounting procedures
* Working knowledge of GDS (ideally Galileo/Travelport)
* Prior work within the travel industry/corporate travel sector
* Proven record of working in a fast-paced environment
