Seeking highly motivated ASYE Social Worker with a strong background in strengths-based and statutory social work, in line with the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Mental Health Act. You will be expected to carry out duties in accordance with the Professional Capabilities Framework and have significant experience in delivering social interventions that support recovery.
You will work collaboratively with Herefordshire & Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust, supporting individuals across the county. Worcestershire follows the Three Conversations approach, focusing on strengths-based, person-centred practice. You will need strong skills in assessment, support planning, intervention, and evaluation and be Social Work England registered with a thorough understanding of relevant legislation.

Requirements of the Social Worker:
* Degree or equivalent within Social Work.
* Current Social Work England registration.
* Previous UK Social Work experience working within Adult Services.
* Have a proven track record of strengths and assets-based statutory social work in line with the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and Mental Health Act; undertaking duties expected of social workers in line with their Professional Capabilities Framework.
* Have significant experience with providing social interventions that promote recovery and will be working collaboratively with Herefordshire & Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust, who provide specialist mental health services across the County.
* Significant experience of undertaking safeguarding enquiries is essential, alongside experience of working in complex situations using professional judgement and a range of interventions.
