As the new Building Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality services to a range of clients, managing an exciting portfolio of professional and project-based work, including condition surveys, defect diagnosis, dilapidations, technical due diligence, and contract administration.
The successful Building Surveyor will collaborate closely with a dynamic, forward-thinking team within a supportive and inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality services across various projects.
* Manage a portfolio of professional and project-based work.
* Conduct condition surveys, defect diagnosis, dilapidations, technical due diligence, and contract administration.
Minimum Requirements
* BSc / MSc in Building Surveying, RICS accredited.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
* Both project and professional experience.
* A passionate individual with a proactive approach.
