Residential Child Care Worker (Grade 5), £30,060 - £32,654 per annum, plus 10% alternating shift allowance: As a Residential Child Care Worker in Nook Lodge and Greenway Lodge, no two days will be the same. The role is exciting, varied, and diverse day to day. Our Residential Child Care Workers are responsible for providing direct day-to-day care of children and young people and undertaking other supportive tasks and duties; ensuring that the welfare of the children and young people is paramount. Undertaking the role of link worker and developing children’s homes plans, risk assessments, and planned direct work to ensure that individual care plans of children and young people are implemented and progressed.
