Residential Sales, Operations and Transactions Manager
Our client, who is highly regarded both in Prime Central London and abroad is looking to hire an experienced candidate with a strong sales progression and operations background, as their new Transactions Manager.

The successful candidate will be someone who has a strong background in residential agency, new homes support roles or a combination of the above. The role will be incredibly broad and a person with an open mind and flexible approach to taking on tasks will succeed here.
The ideal candidate needs to be meticulous, have strong communication skills and have a can-do attitude.
You as the ideal candidate will need the following:
* High level of attention to detail
* Be Analytical
* Confident using all Microsoft Packages and including Excel to a high standard
* Be highly organised
* Experience in the property industry, good understanding of the sales/investment and progression process essential
* Strong level of communication both written and verbal
* Ability to work well and contribute to a team, several Directors
Your Responsibilities
* Day to day support of senior Directors
* Diary management
* Fielding calls, appointment booking, call forwards and general enquiries
Managing transactions – purchase and sales
* Overseeing key information provided during a sales or purchasing process and checking documents carefully
* Assisting on commercial property work, office space rentals
* Liaising with surveyors, lawyers, agents and purchasers to see the transaction through to completion
* Working with agents, checking their terms of business, managing feedback and interest, relaying offers
* Carrying out viewings – assisting wider sales team when needed
* Answering purchaser enquiries
* Creating and updating tenancy schedules
* Collating and checking all compliance and tenancy documents
* Overseeing real estate licence requirements for the company
* Processing licences for leaseholders, liaising with surveyors and lawyers Valuation support
* Preparing information for valuation purposes where necessary, including tenancy schedules
There will also be an element of Commercial Property, experience here advantageous but not essential
* Managing the new lets and leases
* Overseeing rent reviews
* Liaising with surveyors and lawyers to progress leaseholders lease extensions
* Providing information to insurance brokers and ensuring the correct insurance is in place at all times
* Making insurance claims and providing the necessary information
