Key Responsibilities: Undertake comprehensive assessments, including parenting assessments, to inform outcome-focused care plans. Manage care proceedings in both private and public courts, ensuring compliance with legal timelines. Respond to complex risks and deliver evidence-based analysis to support interventions. Work collaboratively within a pod system (5 Social Workers, 1 Manager) to ensure effective case management. Develop and implement permanency plans for children, including adoption where appropriate. What We’re Looking For: Qualified Social Worker with active Social Work England registration. Proven experience in Family Safeguarding, court proceedings, and complex risk management. Strong analytical and communication skills to support effective decision-making. A commitment to delivering high-quality services that make a difference to children and families.
