Vibrance has an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team in Woodford Green. You will join us on a part-time or full-time basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £23,177 per annum depending on experience, plus benefits.
Glengall Rd is a registered care home providing 24-hour care for adults with learning and physical disabilities. As such, you will be expected to work a mix of shifts including some weekends, bank holidays, and night sleep-ins.
About the Project Support Worker role:
We are looking for a Support Worker who wants to make a real difference by joining a team that takes a refreshing approach to care.
You will maintain high standards of service, design personalised support plans, provide emotional support, and help residents to live a full, active life both at home and in the community. This will include going out for activities such as music concerts, days by the sea, fun fairs, meals out, and holidays.
Ability to drive a small 7-seater minibus or use public transport to support service users to access the community, some of whom may be wheelchair dependent, is essential to the role.
Working hours:
Full-Time: 37 hours per week
Part-Time: 20 hours per week
