Ticketer is looking for a Support/Repair Technician to join our Operations team. You'll help with our RMA (Return Material Authorisation) process by diagnosing and repairing Ticketer products and sending them to customers across the UK. The role will include: Test, troubleshoot, and repair ticket machines and arrange for the dispatch of repaired units to customers. Full training will be given so you can complete these tasks: Work with electronic components safely. Change components, check connections, and conduct tests. Complete and submit all paperwork on time. Communicate effectively with teams and customers throughout the repair process. Manage returns and repairs, keeping records of stock and orders. Analyse system log files, identify issues, and recommend solutions. We are looking for someone who: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in using computer systems, including MS Office (especially Excel). Confident in liaising with suppliers and customers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organised, proactive, willing to learn, adaptable, positive, and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good knowledge of British Isles geography.
