Your ability to plan, organise and communicate effectively will be key to success. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination – Plan and organise projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. Resource Management – Allocate resources effectively to maximise efficiency and control costs. Stakeholder Communication – Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to align project goals and ensure timely delivery. Supplier & Subcontractor Management – Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure service reliability. Meetings & Reporting – Attend project meetings, provide updates, and track project progress. Budget & Cost Control – Monitor project expenses, allocate budgets, and collaborate with accounts on invoicing and cost tracking. Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure all subcontractor engagements comply with health & safety regulations and company policies. On-site Visits: A full UK driving licence is essential, as occasional site visits will be required. What You’ll Need to Succeed: ✔ Project Coordination Experience – Proven track record in operations, project coordination, or planning roles. ✔ Strong Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to adapt to both planned and unexpected changes. ✔ Excellent Organisation & Communication – Strong attention to detail, multitasking skills, and the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels. ✔ Technical Proficiency – Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and project management tools. ✔ Initiative & Confidence – Ability to work independently, take ownership, and support successful project delivery.
