What you'll do
1. Develop expertise and management capabilities
2. Spend your first year rotating through our Facilities Management, Supply Chain Logistics, Procurement and other Head Office teams
3. Learn how a rapidly growing retail business operates from stores to logistics and supply chain
4. In your second year, you’ll develop into a role in your core area
5. Take on real project responsibility and make a tangible difference to our business
6. Gain exposure to a national Facilities Management team and learn the market inside-out
7. Understand how a successful Facilities Management team operates and what skills you need to thrive.
What you'll need
8. A degree (2:2 or above) in Quantity Surveying, Facilities/Building Management, Engineering or Business by September or graduated no earlier than September
9. Possession of a full UK driving licence is essential
10. To be legally entitled to work in the UK on a full-time basis
11. An enthusiastic self-starter with passion, resilience, and adaptability
12. Ability to communicate confidently and effectively across all levels of the business
13. A passion for playing your part in a team and ability to work independently
14. Self-motivation and determination to succeed in a fast-paced, challenging environment
15. You will need to live – or be ready to relocate – within a commutable distance from the Head Office in Surbiton, Surrey
16. Be able to attend the assessment centre on 13th or 14th January
