New Reflexions are a childcare organisation providing an integrated service to young people who have experienced trauma in their lives. We believe that if it is not acceptable for our own children it is not acceptable for any child.
New Reflexions are a child care organisation providing care, education, and therapy services to young people who have experienced trauma in their lives resulting in emotional and behavioural difficulties. New Reflexions Children’s Residential Service offers both short & long-term, therapeutic placements for young people aged between 10 and 18 years of age.
We are currently looking to recruit Residential Support Workers to join our expanding workforce in Shrewsbury and surrounding areas, following the opening of our new homes.
Interviews are held every Tuesday and Thursday at our Head Office, The Fitzroy Academy, Shrewsbury.
Starting at £30,240 per annum, with no qualification or previous experience required. This will increase to £31,024 upon completion of QCF Level 3 qualification.

Requirements
Full UK manual driving Licence;
Access to your own transport to get to work;
Passionate about helping children;
Able to complete sleep-in rota
The post holder has the responsibility to adhere to our Safeguarding and Child Protection Procedure
Due to the location of our homes, a full manual driving licence and access to transport are required for the role of Residential Support Worker. It is highly likely that you will be required to work in more than one location.
