Flourish Education, we are recruiting for an SEN Teaching Assistant to work at one of our partner Primary Schools. The school is highly regarded in the local community and the staff team provide a welcoming and supportive environment. This role is to start in January and continue for the rest of the academic year.
They are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant with a minimum of a Level 2 Qualification to work in their Year 1 class supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs including but not limited to Speech and Language, ASD and Global Development Delay. Where needed, you may also be asked to support in Year 2 or Reception class.
Our client is looking for someone to work in their school on a long-term and full-time basis starting immediately to the end of the academic year. Working hours arepm.
Required skills for this SEN Teaching Assistant role:
* Minimum Level 2 Qualification
* Experience working in Primary and or Nursery Schools
* Prior experience supporting students with SEND
* Work in conjunction with class teacher effectively
* Ability to contribute to safe, engaging, and positive learning environment.
