With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, we support adults over the age of 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and behaviours that challenge. We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need.
Job Advert Location Description
To Assist qualified staff with the implementation of individual resident care plans, undertaking
routine tasks and activities as directed to facilitate the well being, dignity and treatment of all
residents.
Provide practical support and responsive care to residents who require assistance with
intimate personal needs such as dressing, bathing and toileting activities ensuring that such
activities comply with procedures and the relevant healthcare legislation.
Observe and monitor the well being of residents ensuring that any unusual physical, mental
or emotional occurrences are promptly referred to senior staff/the primary nurse and
documented as appropriate.
Develop and maintain a good professional relationship with residents, colleagues and
visitors responding promptly and courteously to requests and enquiries.
Job Advert Role Description
The role holder will have a good standard of English. Educated to SVQ 2 level would be
advantageous but not essential.
