The HR Advisor will be responsible for providing guidance and support on a range of HR-related matters. This includes addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment laws, and contributing to recruitment, onboarding, and training processes. Key responsibilities: Employee Relations: Resolve employee relations issues, including conflicts, disputes, and grievances. Workplace Relationships: Collaborate with management and employees to enhance relationships, improve morale, boost productivity, and promote employee retention. HR Policy Guidance: Provide guidance and interpretation of HR policies and procedures. Training Needs: Identify training needs within teams and individuals, contributing to the development of training programs. Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment efforts, including collaboration with the HR team or hiring managers. Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring effective integration. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs and ensure accurate administration. Performance Management Support: Assist with performance management processes, tracking employee progress and providing guidance. Compliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Employee Engagement: Participate in employee engagement programs, surveys, and initiatives. Conflict Resolution: Mediate conflicts, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on disciplinary actions. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends. Data Analysis: Use HR analytics to generate reports and insights for decision-making. Policy Development & Updates: Contribute to the development, review, and communication of HR policies and procedures. Ideal Candidate: Education: A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent, such as CIPD Level 5) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is typically preferred. Experience: Relevant experience in Human Resources. Familiarity with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection. Proven track record of resolving employee relations issues effectively.
