The successful applicant will join the UK Credit Control Team at a particularly exciting time, focusing on how we can power the business faster and improve credit control service delivery on behalf of UK underwriters. The role will entail significant collaboration both internally and externally.
You will be based in our newly refurbished Ipswich office, with a hybrid way of working, combining both remote and office work.
What will your essential responsibilities include?
1. Deliver effective, robust credit control with consideration of commercial and underwriting relationships.
2. Demonstrate ownership and accountability for the investigation, progression, and resolution of material cases impacting overdue receivables and unallocated cash metrics.
3. Provide clear, concise commentary for monthly reporting packs and scheduled debt reviews.
4. Adhere to Credit Control service offering and associated procedures.
5. Provide due diligence to premium differences and act as a centralised contact point for AIS CPC business.
6. Manage day-to-day operations between AXA XL designated brokers, including monthly reconciliations and query management.
7. Contribute to the presentation and delivery of effective underwriting reporting packs.
8. Liaise with AXA XL colleagues in India and Poland, ensuring prompt resolution of unallocated cash related queries.
9. Ensure competence across all accounting platforms and systems used by the Credit Control and AIS team.
10. Perform periodic reviews of aged premium falling below full-service value thresholds.
You will report to the Assistant Credit Control Manager.
