You'll provide outstanding service to students and customers while supporting our busy Maths and English department. In this critical role, you'll deliver outstanding customer service to learners, parents, and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient learner journey. Supporting the Maths and English department you will expertly process applications, enrolments, and maintaining accurate timetables and registers. You will also provide essential data support to curriculum colleagues and assist with funding advice and bursary applications. With a focus on collaboration and efficiency, you will play an important role in supporting learners, helping them access the financial support they need, and ensuring a seamless administrative experience. What we're looking for:
1. Proven Administration experience, within a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
2. Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, always presenting a professional image.
4. Experience of inputting and maintaining large amounts of data.
5. Adaptable, self-motivated, and resilient, ready to embrace new challenges and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
