Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Advise on health and safety practices, ensuring compliance across all projects
* Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
* Develop and implement health and safety policies
* Deliver in-house training to staff to promote a safety-first culture
* Assist with ongoing safety initiatives as the company grows
* Develop, implement, and manage new and existing health and safety policies, procedures, and programmes in line with legal requirements and industry best practices
The Successful Applicant
* Professional health and safety certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent)
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Experience in the construction industry (ideal but not essential)
* A proactive approach to safety and compliance
