Position: Registered Learning Disability Nurse / Mental Health Nurse
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (full-time)
Salary: £29,000 - £34,500 (Dependent on qualifications, skills, and experience)

As a valued member of our team, you will support Specialist Nurses and contribute to the ongoing development of Learning Disability and Mental Health Nursing roles. Your work will directly influence the quality of care we provide to individuals ranging from age 11 to end of life.
What We’re Looking For:
A recognized Learning Disability Nursing or Mental Health Degree Qualification (or equivalent)
Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
Demonstrated experience in improving outcomes for individuals with complex needs as part of a multidisciplinary team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize effectively
Initiative and excellent time management skills
Proficiency in IT applications
Experience with audits and a commitment to continuous learning
