The Role
:
As an Occupational Health Case Manager in their Workplace Health Team, you will coach line managers to support employees in staying or returning to work.
Duties:
1. Conduct flexible appointments ranging from 20 to 45 minutes throughout the day.
2. Deliver services within client-specific requirements.
3. Produce detailed written reports and demonstrate strong coaching skills.
Requirements:
4. Previously worked as a Case Manager or in a similar role.
5. Proven experience in Occupational Health Case Management.
6. Ability to create comprehensive written reports.
7. Excellent coaching skills in workplace health contexts.
