You will be working for a global retailer based in Solihull at their front desk, acting as first point of contact for all visitors.
Your new role
You will be working as part of a Front of House team and support with all meeting and greetings, visitor bookings and emailmunication. You will act as a warm and friendly face of the business, there to offer help, advice and guidance for all visitors attending the office. You will manage all emailmunication and re-direct queries where necessary. You will also support with administrative duties and support the wider team when necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must be a friendly, warm and approachable Receptionist with a direct receptionist and front of-house experience. You must be confident to meet and greet all visitors and take action where appropriate. Office attendees will include senior stakeholders, including the CEO of the organisation, who visits the office on a regular basis. You must be able to start this temporary ongoing assignment immediately and be based on site full-time Monday to Friday between 8am – 5pm. This assignment does have the opportunity to potentially offer a permanent position, so ensuring you perform to the best of your ability in this role is key for success.
