We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Activities Coordinator to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Regional Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for our residents.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement imaginative, fun and motivational activities that suit every interest and ability.
* Get to know our residents and their families to create tailored activities programmes focused on maximising everyone's wellbeing, independence and social engagement.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless delivery of care and support services.
