Salter Grange is currently recruiting an MEP Project Manager to join a leading MEP Contractor delivering innovative projects within the residential, hospitality, education, commercial, and healthcare sector. Ideally, candidates will have boast experience working as a MEP Project Manager on large-scale industrial and commercial. projects In this role, you will oversee the installation/management of Mechanical &Electrical systems on site, ensure site safety, drive a culture of quality, health, safety, and environmental practices, manage project schedules and costs, coordinate subcontractors, and oversee day-to-day site operations on a £40 Million Pharmaceutical project. Ideally, the MEP Project Manager should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar position and from a trade background or degree-qualified MEP Project Manager Responsibilities: Overseeing procurement of sub-packages/contracts and materials Liaising with clients over design variations Managing full site team (including 3rd party subcontractors) Ensure projects are delivered to a high quality in line with the set specification and budget Always ensuring health & safety is followed Managing weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings MEP Project Manager Requirements: 3-7 years’ experience required. Strong technical ability in all aspects of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. Proven record in coordinating and managing large projects.
