Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Chelmsford. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include market research, developing growth strategies, managing client engagements, and preparing business proposals.
Qualifications
* Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
* Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
* Strong Analytical and Strategic Thinking skills
* Familiarity with the healthcare industry, particularly NHS and medical services
* Proven Contract Award in Insourcing market
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Ability to provide innovative market strategies
* Driven character wanting to succeed and thrive.
