Providing an excellent level of customer service. Confident in handling invoices, maintaining records and ensuring compliance. Collaborate across dept’s to assist with admin and workflow improvements. Experienced in using Sage and other systems involved in bookkeeping. Create and develop marketing campaigns to drive business growth. Keep the office organised, making sure supplies, office equipment and operational needs are met. Be a great problem-solver, quickly addressing and resolving customer challenges. Have a keen eye for detail and able to spot opportunities to streamline office processes.
