Paint Sprayer Job Title: Paint Sprayer Location: Titchfield Job type: Contract till end Dec 2025 Rate: £16.28 PAYE per hour increasing to £16.77 after 12 weeks Overtime paid at a premium of time and a half, double pay on Sunday's Hours: 07:30-16:15, Monday-Thursday, 07:30-11:30 Friday We are seeking an experienced and skilled Paint Sprayer to join our Finishing Department, specialising in the precise application of paint and specialised coatings to a variety of components. The role requires expertise in surface preparation, coating application, and finishing techniques, with a strong focus on quality and adherence to regulatory standards. Key role of a Paint Sprayer: Prepare component surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming. Ensure proper surface condition to achieve optimal paint adhesion and finish. Apply specialized coatings, including primers, topcoats, heat-resistant, anti-corrosive, or other protective layers as required. Inspect finished components to ensure uniformity, quality, and adherence to specifications. Operate and maintain all painting equipment, including spray booths, spray guns, and mixers. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain detailed records of materials used, work performed, and inspection results.
