About the role Reception Team Members work any 5 days out of 7, a variety of early and late shifts ; 07:00-15:30 and 15:00-23:30. Internal progression opportunities Subsidised parking 25% Discounted bus or train travel to/from your home station Refer a friend incentive 4 Team social events per year, at least Responsibilities include; Maintain accurate and efficient reception operation s, to include managing all guest enquires, delivering friendly and professional customer service Work closely with the reservations department to maximise sales and repeat custom at every opportunity Guide guests through the booking, check-in and check-out process, promoting ‘Smart Room Control’, upselling where appropriate To ensure professional telephone skills are carried out when taking a reservation and fielding all other calls To have an understanding of the PMS System and use it to the best of its ability for check-in, check-out, reservations and payment of bills To be able to deal with any complaints effectively and efficiently following the Company guideline introducing the relevant manager if & when needed About you We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes customer service and thrives on going above and beyond.
