Longbenton High School is a modern, vibrant and welcoming space, committed to providing a clean, safe and healthy environment for students and staff. We are looking to appoint a reliable and hardworking cleaner to join our team. Hours are flexible and will be discussed at the interview.
Main Responsibilities:
* Clean designated areas within the school premises to a high standard ensuring they are kept in a clean, safe and hygienic condition. Areas to be cleaned will include classrooms, stairways, offices, halls, gyms, specialist units, and toilets.
* Use of general electrical equipment including polishers and vacuums.
* Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements for the Role:
* Previous cleaning experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A commitment to ensuring a safe environment for children.
* Good time management.
* Enthusiastic and reliable.
