You’ll also have: Good understanding of programme, critical path and commissioning strategy. Good understanding of MEP systems and their relationship to structure/fit out. External, recognised accreditation (CIOB etc) (Chartered Institute of Building). Aware of wider BU, engine and overall corporate strategy, and understands their role within each. Excellent time management. Aware of own workstyle and commits to professional feedback and personal development. CSCS Card. Recognised construction training/qualification (or equivalent). Membership of MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS/MICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development. Experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the energy sector. Construction management expertise. Developing commercial and financial acumen. Experience leading parts of construction projects within large, diverse teams. Experience of building relationships with key stakeholders. Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
