Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an exciting Luxury Wellness Resort in Bridport (West Dorset) who are looking for an experienced Head Housekeeper to join their growing management team.
What’s in it for you?
As Head Housekeeper, you will ensure that the housekeeping department operates on a day-to-day basis, providing guests with an exceptional level of service during their stay. You will be responsible for staff rotas, stock control, and orders, as well as addressing any issues that arise during service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Run the Housekeeping department, ensuring that all staff members are well looked after and function effectively as a team.
* Set and maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness across the site.
* Build and review set processes to ensure the department functions effectively.
* Ensure that guests receive an exceptional level of service throughout their stay.
* Help establish and promote health and safety and COSHH procedures for chemicals and general occupational hazards.
Package:
* Up to £35,000 per annum (depending on experience).
* Opportunities to achieve a 10% bonus with agreed KPIs.

What’s involved?
The Luxury Wellness Resort spans one hundred acres of working farmland in the picturesque location of Bridport, featuring their own vineyard, livestock, and wellness products. As Head Housekeeper, you will ensure that all guests are looked after, maintaining and promoting high levels of hygiene and cleanliness. You will organize staff rotas, stock control, and hazard identification and prevention.
This role allows you to develop and design your own service flow, giving you the chance to put your own stamp on the department to ensure it operates well and provides guests with a truly unforgettable experience. This position is an excellent next step for an experienced Head Housekeeper or Senior Housekeeper to advance as a Head of Department (HOD).
