About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity to join a market leading brand. You will need to be able to work within a fast-paced and changing environment, operating across multiple projects simultaneously to produce exceptional results.
Reporting to our Marketing Director, you’ll be responsible for owning the Digital Marketing Strategy and executing the Digital Marketing and eCommerce strategies, with a focus on acquisition and conversion.
You’ll lead two Digital Marketing team members, an Executive and an Assistant, covering E-commerce, marketplaces, performance marketing, website content, and user experience.
You’ll be a senior manager within the wider marketing team, working together across aligned Brand Strategy and Communications planning and execution across all brand and customer channels.

Core Responsibilities:
* Digital Marketing Strategy and Execution: Oversee or directly manage e-commerce, marketplaces, and performance marketing channels across PPC, SEO, affiliates, and email marketing. Integrate with marketing team colleagues on aligned activity to optimize customer journeys.
* E-commerce: Own the trading plan and sale/profit performance of our directly managed online store.
* CRO/UX: Ongoing review of Triton’s online user experience and analytics data to propose and execute improvements as part of a wider CRO strategy.
* Campaign Management: Manage and review performance marketing activity to increase brand awareness, sales, and generate new leads.
* Content: Assist with the creation and execution of online content to improve the website user experience.
* Marketplaces: Continuously improve eBay and Amazon product listings to drive sales.
* Website: Maintain website data using the Content Management System (Adobe Magento).
* Reporting: Report on marketing and sales performance - weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
* Analytics: Use digital analytics tools to measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
* Agency Management: Work closely with Digital agencies to maintain and evolve the website and execute performance marketing plans.
* Budget Management: Manage a Digital Marketing budget and contribute to the wider marketing team budget.
* Customer Experience: Collaborate with the wider Customer Experience team to enhance the overall customer experience.
* SEO: Implement both agency and in-house technical and content-led Search Marketing to increase visitor traffic.
* Team: Provide Digital Marketing project support to the Digital Marketing team.
Key Requirements:
* Interest in consumer behaviour and how brands can influence behaviour change.
* At least 5 years experience in a similar eCommerce/Digital Marketing role.
* Working knowledge of Magento.
* Marketplace experience (Desirable) (eBay, Amazon).
* Knowledge and experience of implementing digital performance marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, and Affiliate.
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
* Experience in developing eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies.
* Working knowledge of Digital Analytics tools, such as GA4 and Hot Jar.
* Excellent standard of written English skills.
* Organised, assertive, self-starter – lots of initiative.
* Collaborative and proactive, naturally cross-functional.
Full training and support will be given to the successful candidate. The working week will be 35¼ hours based on 9.00 am - 5.00 pm from Monday to Thursday and 9.00 am – 4.00 pm on Fridays.
