Our client is currently recruiting for a Sales Controller to join their team in Worthing. As a Sales Controller, you will be responsible for managing and growing all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department, as well as assisting the Sales Team in achieving their personal objectives. You will do this by being at the core of all sales enquiries and developing the sales team. You will ensure that every customer has a clear understanding of the obligations they have entered into, doing so with integrity and treating customers fairly.
Responsibilities:
1. Deputise for the Sales Manager in their absence, overseeing all areas of the Sales Operation.
2. Manage and grow the Finance & Insurance department.
3. Assist the Sales Team in achieving their personal objectives.
4. Ensure customers understand their obligations.
