GSL Education is seeking a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join a school in Spalding, Lincolnshire, starting Easter 2025. This role involves supporting students in small groups or on a one-to-one basis, helping them achieve their full potential.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Prepare and adapt learning materials to meet individual student needs.
* Support children's physical, social, and emotional well-being.
* Maintain records and collaborate with education professionals.
Requirements:
* Sensitivity and understanding.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Enhanced Child Workforce DBS, registered on the Update Service.
* Experience working with primary school-aged children.
* Understanding of the primary education curriculum and teaching practices.
* A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

This role requires a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection, and all successful applicants must pass relevant background and safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS.
