Are you passionate about people and eager to contribute to a dynamic HR team? Our client is looking for a dedicated HR Administrator to support their HR department in delivering a high-performing service while ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with policies and employment legislation.
* Assist in the recruitment process by creating and placing job adverts and coordinating new starter paperwork.
* Administer training programmes and ensure all mandatory training is up-to-date.
* Produce HR reports and assist in data analysis to support practice strategies.
* Provide excellent customer-focused service to all team members.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong understanding of HR processes and record-keeping.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Experience in a busy HR environment or health setting is a plus!
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to manage data effectively.
* A proactive and approachable attitude, with a commitment to personal development.
