You will provide personalized support to individuals with a range of disabilities, either on a 1:1 basis or as part of a team. Your role will involve supporting individuals to retain their independence, assist with personal care, and participate in various activities such as planning events, going to the cinema, shopping, and even going on holiday. There are also opportunities for career progression, so the skys the limit The Individuals Youll Support You will be supporting ladies, each with their own tenancy in individual or shared accommodation, as they navigate daily tasks and activities. The women youll support live with conditions such as epilepsy, brain injury, mental health challenges, and complex needs. Patience, kindness, and a proactive attitude are essential to this role. Every day is different, and youll have the chance to engage in a variety of activities like accompanying someone to a hospital appointment, going shopping, or even taking a scenic drive for ice cream. Your Responsibilities Support individuals with personal care and daily tasks. Assist with moving and handling, where required. Help plan and participate in fun, meaningful activities. Provide support with health appointments and social outings. Work as part of a team to ensure a high standard of care.
