We have over 35 supported living households, 3 community day hubs and a successful work programme, supporting more than 250 people. We are rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). About the role: An exciting opportunity to join our Outreach team in Didcot and the surrounding area. We are looking for a committed, caring and enthusiastic individual to join our team supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism. We support people to increase their independence and engagement in their community by offering support to go to the gym, cycling, shopping, supporting people to appointments, trips out and support for people in voluntary and paid work. We provide some support in people homes, but the majority of the time is spent out and about doing some great things. We want people to live full and meaningful lives and your support can help make this happen. We offer sociable and flexible working hours – weekdays between 9-4pm. Part-time position, working hours 9am to 4pm (flexible), Monday to Friday, with some weekends.
