What you’ll do:
1. 37.5 hours per week Flexible across Monday - Sunday, between the hours of 08:00am and 9:00pm
2. Over achieve against set targets in a fast-paced customer service environment
3. Engage, motivate, and inspire your team to give their best
4. Provide guidance and support whenever needed
5. Help your team to have the best conversations with customers
6. Put the customer at the heart of everything you do
7. Take pride in the development and progression of your team
What you’ll bring:
1. Demonstrate a proven ability to motivate, empower, coach, and develop people
2. Experience of leading a large customer service team in a contact centre environment or similar
3. Collaboration, teamwork, resilience, and a passion to succeed
4. A proven track record of delivering business KPI’s
