The purpose of the Demand Management Project Manager is to deliver water efficient projects and leading the teams involved in demand management activities, to help meet our AMP 8 Performance Commitments in both Per Capita Consumption (PCC) and Business Demand. You will be leading the coordination with our partners and peers for timely delivery of projects, focusing on continuous improvements to ensure our customers receive a seamless and efficient water saving journey. Responsibilities: Ensure supplier contracts are managed to ensure delivery of our commitments. Manage budgets, making sure we stay on track and where possible improving efficiency whilst increasing Plan and implement projects, also reporting performance and outputs Continuously focus on reducing effort and cost within the processes to improve the ease and delivery of our promises. Ability and willingness to take ownership of issues to final resolution and use initiative Ensure that all health and safety obligations are met to promote an environment of zero harm. Experience required: APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) Essential APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) Desirable Experience in Contract Management - Essential Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Essential Full UK driving license Desirable Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to get the best results Proven stakeholder management skills Ability to cover in-depthanalysis of drivers of cost and customer dissatisfaction.
