My client is seeking a confident and hardworking candidate with a passion for providing exceptional customer support and team assistance! The customer support assistant will be responsible for providing outstanding support and service to the team and existing customers.
As a key member of the team your responsibilities will include:
Answering inbound calls from customers in an timely manner
Maintain and produce client documents
Ensure all calls are compliant with Data Protection
Communicate with clients via phone, email and post in order to provide a high level of service
Escalate customer issues with management
Provide administrative support
Ensuring client records are kept updated effectively and efficiently
The Ideal candidate will:
Have excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
Have 1 year office based customer service role experience ideally.
Have good IT skills.
Work well under a pressurised environment.
Have great attention to detail
