Purpose of the job:
To work with our employed advisers, managing the practice and supporting them to achieve their objectives and meet their business plan. To manage and develop a team of administrators to ensure all clients receive a high-quality administration and support service in line with our agreed SLAs. To proactively recommend where processes could be improved to provide a stronger client experience and greater efficiencies. To actively contribute and participate in helping to deliver the wider business goals. To manage existing and potential future PBOs to ensure clients are transitioned to new Partners within agreed timescales. To be responsible for all team MI, including business submitted figures, tracking and chasing fees, and ensuring all business submitted meets our Compliance standards.
Job summary and Responsibilities:
* Ensure key client work is delivered on time and accurately by you and your team, in accordance with our SLAs.
* Lead and develop the support team to include regular performance reviews, holding engaging team meetings, working alongside, and supporting other central teams and colleagues when needed, recruitment, and other managerial duties as required, to make sure the Practice is run effectively and efficiently.
* Oversee and report on Practice revenue, to include making sure fees are paid and collected when due.
* Identify and recommend process improvements.
* Manage and report on Practice management information.
* Attend, participate, and contribute to regular wider PCs and team meetings and forums.
