Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with new and existing clients. Research potential markets and identify new revenue opportunities. Develop tenders, proposals, and quotations for client enquiries. Represent the company at industry trade exhibitions. Enhance website content and manage online customer engagement. Support and improve social media presence to drive brand awareness. Negotiate contracts and ensure a seamless customer experience. Lead and manage the sales and marketing team. Essential Experience & Skills: Approximately 2 years' experience in the offshore survey industry. Strong understanding of technical sales within engineering environments. Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Strong numeracy skills and ability to negotiate effectively. Desirable Experience & Skills: Experience in a customer facing role Knowledge of import and export procedures Understanding of commercial contracts and processes across the globe.
