Middlemore have been retained on a new engagement to recruit a Head of Reward and HR Operations for a professional services business. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Head of Reward and HR Operations will oversee a team across HR Operations, Employee Experience, Compensation and Benefits, and will lead on optimising central services to improve user experience as well as overseeing all key elements of the Reward function.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the transformation of the HR operations function, streamlining processes and modernising operations.
2. Oversee the annual reward cycles and benefits strategy, ensuring this aligns with the broader goals of the business.
3. Manage all compensation, benefits and performance reward processes, and collaborate on partner-level reward strategy.
4. Lead and manage ad-hoc change projects on both a local and global scale.
5. Provide strong leadership to the HR Operations and Reward teams, guiding the team through transformation and improvements.
Required Experience:
1. Proven experience of overseeing compensation and benefits processes coupled with significant experience of redesigning and streamlining operational HR processes.
2. Previous experience of managing HR projects.
3. Experience ideally gained within a Professional Services or Financial Services environment.
4. Experience developing and coaching teams through transformation and growth.
5. Strong systems experience.
