Our client is a Facilities Management company with an extensive client portfolio UK Wide. It is looking to hire a CAFM and Compliance Coordinator in Bury St Edmunds. As the CAFM and Compliance Coordinator you will have a good understand of facilities management and maintenance. You will ideally have worked on a FM Helpdesk and have managed PPMs for engineers. This role involves keeping excel spreadsheets up-to-date, monitoring PPMs, ensuring works are carried out on time, liaising with engineers, and making sure documents and compliance papers are also kept up-to-date. Our client is offering: £30,000 Mon-Fri 8am-4pm Pension 25 days holiday plus BH Excellent development opportunities. This a lovely new role and a busy one, for an experienced Coordinator
