We are looking for a family support coordinator to join our Stockport team, coordinating the delivery of high-quality support to a caseload of families with young children You will manage a team of volunteers providing peer support to families in the own homes, providing support and supervision, and reviwing progress with families on a regular basis. Hours: 25 hours per week Salary: NJC 12 – 20 (Currently £27,711 – 31,586 pro rata, based on 36 hr FT) Contract: Fixed to 31st March 2026, further continuation subject to funding Main Base: You will be working in the community across Reddish and Offerton, with occasional attendance at our office in Audenshaw.
